About Conestogo Chiropractic

We pride ourselves on providing consistent, high quality care for our patients since 1996. Originally located in the Woolwich Community Health Centre in St. Jacobs, we relocated down the road to Conestogo in 2012. we provide patients with chiropractic care to maintain good health and to help patients return to work and the activities they love. Chiropractic is safe, hands-on health care that focuses on the treatment and preventative care for conditions related to the spine, pelvis, nervous system and joints throughout the body.
